This role combines technical understanding with sales expertise to help asset owners and project leaders leverage Oracle's solutions for visibility, control, and supply chain management. The position requires 3-5+ years of experience in construction software sales, with a focus on both on-premise and SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will work with minimal supervision, possess strong negotiation skills, and be fluent in both English and Arabic. Responsibilities For Applications Sales Representative - Construction & Engineering
- Develop pipeline of opportunities for Primavera, Unifier and Aconex solutions
- Work with sales consultant team to convert leads to sales
- Understand business needs and guide prospects to technology solutions
- Prepare and maintain sales forecasts
- Develop Target Account Plans for prospects and clients
- Work with Business Development and Marketing for lead generation
- Manage executive-level contact with accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain rapport
- Manage contract negotiation and closing process
- Prepare estimates and tenders according to company policy
Requirements For Applications Sales Representative - Construction & Engineering
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven track record of selling construction industry software
- Experience with Oracle Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit preferred
- Experience working with owner operators or EPC contractors preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
- Outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Structured approach and excellent organizational skills
- Experience in construction industry procurement process
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
