Requirements For Associate Software Engineer (Energy& Water) - PH Graduate Program
- 2025 Graduate with bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Must be academically completed before the onboarding date (July 2025)
- High aptitude in programming with a good understanding of Java & OOP theory
- Good understanding of relational database design and normalization
- Ability to read and understand data models
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with the team and clients
- Ability to work in a driven team environment
- Excellent communicator in both technical and non-technical contexts
