Act as Single Point and Main Escalation Contact
Interface with customer's Operations & Maintenance team
Manage support-related requests
Develop and improve Service Delivery activities
Lead and mentor team members
Supervise and monitor performance and infrastructure operation

Requirements For BSS Service Delivery Manager | Oracle Communications Consulting (Oslo)

Java

Good understanding of BSS Domain
Experience with GIT and JENKINS
Expert level knowledge in account structure and hierarchy
Experience in C/C++/Java/Pro*C, PERL, SHELL, Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL
Advanced English verbal and written skills
6 to 10+ years of experience
Security clearance required
English and Norwegian language proficiency
