Responsibilities For Chief of Staff/ Director of Technical Program Management
- Drive business management functions
- Develop and execute engagement plans for team communications
- Act as a liaison between staff, executives, and senior leadership
- Support leadership team in planning and executing organizational roadmap
- Collaborate with Human Resources on organizational people goals
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Oversee budget management and headcount planning
- Lead critical executive programs and initiatives

Requirements For Chief of Staff/ Director of Technical Program Management
- 10+ years of experience in business, product, or operations planning
