Cloud Adoption Manager

Cloud Adoption is a newly-formed organization within EMEA Technology Cloud Engineering (TCE) group, with the mission to increase customer consumption growth by driving fast activation, nurturing efficient ramp up and removing technical barriers. The Cloud Adoption Manager role focuses on post-booking customer lifecycle management, ensuring successful and sustainable cloud consumption growth.

The position involves collaborating with TCE teams to improve Oracle Cloud usage while creating robust customer experiences. Key responsibilities include driving customer activation, managing adoption plans, monitoring consumption, and removing technical barriers.
