Ideal candidates should have been part of large enterprise software teams and worked on deploying services on major cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, or Azure. The position demands a self-motivated IT professional with 10+ years of industry experience, capable of handling complex problems independently. Experience in architecting large-scale Oracle systems, particularly in OCI, is crucial. The role involves creating solutions for complex customers using Oracle's product suite, including SAAS products, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Database products. Responsibilities For Sr OIC Analyst/Engineer
- Support Software Development Life Cycle operations and maintenance activities in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Influence design, capacity planning, tuning and build out of customer solutions
- Interact with customers and internal stakeholders for priority situations
- Troubleshoot and debug problems with solutions
- Automate IaaS and PaaS workloads using REST APIs
- Operate HA/DR solutions around OCI cloud service
- Resolve performance and scalability issues
- Contribute to architecture standards and practices
- Identify opportunities to improve health, scalability, and resiliency
Requirements For Sr OIC Analyst/Engineer
- BS or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering (MS preferred)
- 7+ years of software development experience in Shell, Python, SQL or Java
- 5+ years experience administering middleware technologies
- Proficiency in DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, SaltStack, Selenium)
- Experience with performance tuning and cluster topologies
- Knowledge of PaaS and IaaS
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with cloud deployment tools like Ansible, Terraform
