Oracle's CSS Advanced Service Engineering (ASE) organization is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Technical Architect to join their global, innovative team. This role focuses on delivering post-sales support and infrastructure solutions for private, public, multi-cloud and Cloud at Customer platforms. The position requires deep expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and involves working directly with key customers to maximize their cloud investments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in cloud architecture, security, and automation, combined with excellent communication abilities to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities For Cloud Infrastructure Technical Architect
- Assess and analyse customers cloud infrastructure needs
- Apply industry and Oracle best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
- Ensure Oracle cloud technologies are leveraged appropriately using best practices
- Be the Oracle Cloud infrastructure Delivery authority
- Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and hybrid solutions
- Support solutions around multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups
- Maintain the Oracle infrastructure solution
- Work closely with other CSS teams
- Be a key contact for new business opportunities
- Actively lead and contribute to strategic programs and initiatives
Requirements For Cloud Infrastructure Technical Architect
- Minimum of 5 years experience on Cloud Infrastructure Technologies
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Undergraduate or higher-level degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and architecture
- Strong knowledge of physical and SDN network technologies
- Good automation process and technology experience
- Good understanding of cloud security
- Knowledge of Cloud native design solutions
