Description For Cloud Operations Engineer

Oracle is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join their Global Production Services team in Dublin, Ireland. This hybrid role requires working from the Dublin office at least three days per week. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud services including Ksplice, Oracle Linux YUM Service, and OS Management Hub.

The role combines operational responsibilities with software engineering tasks, focusing on maintaining and improving cloud services. You'll be part of a Global Operations team delivering massive-scale, integrated cloud services in a distributed, multi-tenant environment.   • Perform proactive service checks and monitor/triage system alerts

  • Participate in 24x7 operations team rotations
