Commissioning Program Manager - Data Center Infrastructure

The Data Center Infrastructure Construction team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commissioning Program Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of data center infrastructure projects, ensuring that all systems and components are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and budgets for data center infrastructure projects.
2. System Testing and Validation: Oversee testing and validation of data center systems and equipment.
3. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular audits.
4. Travel and Resource Management: Provide forecasting of travel for Cx Engineers and manage project priorities globally.
5. Issue Management: Manage escalation of Cx related issues and lead development of new Cx requirements.
6. Team and Vendor Management: Manage Oracle Cx Consultants and develop vendor services.
7. Risk Management: Maintain a risk registry and process for appropriate escalation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience, with proven experience in commissioning and project management, specifically in data center infrastructure. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management software and the ability to travel as required.
