Oracle Analytics is seeking a Consulting Member Technical Staff to join their enterprise Analytics platform team. This role focuses on developing a comprehensive analytics solution that empowers organizations with business analytics tools and self-service data visualizations. The position involves working with cutting-edge cloud technology on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, developing features that allow users to gain quick insights from their data. The role requires extensive C++ experience and involves working with a global team across Mexico, India, and the USA.

The ideal candidate will be part of building Oracle Analytics, an industry-leading product that provides a full range of business analytics tools and self-service data visualizations. You'll work on developing features that handle everything from simple spreadsheets to analyzing enormous volumes of data in enterprise-class data warehouses. Responsibilities For Consulting Member Technical Staff

  • Design, code, debug, and deliver innovative analytic features
  • Lead the creation of formal design specifications and coding of complex systems
  • Work closely with Product Management on product requirements
  • Build software applications following established coding standards
  • Communicate continually with project teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure quality of work through development standards and QA procedures
  • Perform maintenance and enhancements on existing software

Requirements For Consulting Member Technical Staff

Java
Python
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related major
  • Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive experience in using, building, debugging multithreaded applications
  • Solid understanding concurrency, multithreading and memory management
  • Experienced in C++ programming including templates, STL, and object-oriented patterns
  • Understanding of SQL and relational data processing concepts
  • Experience with Java, Python or other scripting languages
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Knowledge in developing, implementing, and optimizing software algorithms
  • Hands-on experience using source control tools such as GIT
