Consulting Senior Software Engineer

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.

Telework 3-4 days/week is available.

This role requires US citizenship and the ability to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly clearance. The position involves working as a contractor in the Intelligence Community, with a focus on building Encryption Libraries and Key Management Services. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java, modern development practices, Agile methodology, REST APIs, AWS, Spring, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), containerization, and Kubernetes.

Key responsibilities include establishing and applying best practices, participating in project planning and status communications, and delivering functional and technical solutions. The role demands strong analytical troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a matrix environment.
