Consulting Technical Manager

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

Major Requirements:

• Install, deploy and configure the FCCM solutions in a customer environment.
• Support all phases of deploying the FCCM solutions at customer sites.
• Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure successful deployment.
• Discuss and document configuration of client environment.
• Adopt and contribute to FCCM best practice methodologies.
• Understanding of system security principles.
• Strong customer interaction skills and ability to assess client's IT processes and strategies.
• Mature, self-starting, self-motivating, and capable of making decisions independently.
• Must be willing to travel to any location in the world depending on project needs, up to 100% if required.

Preferred Background/Qualification:

• Graduate level degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Financial Crime Studies.
• Ability to articulate FCCM functionality and requirements to clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Advanced level PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of middleware technologies, job scheduling products, LDAP, Unix shell scripting, and RDBMS concepts.
• Excellent English, Greek written and oral communication skills. Spanish, Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Implementation experience with Oracle FCCM compliance solutions or competitive solutions.
• Experience with Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) or other data quality tools is a plus.
