Oracle is seeking a Control Center Engineer for their Customer Success Services team in Madrid, Spain.   • Working on shifts 365x7x24
  • Physical presence at Oracle office in Madrid
  • Handle monitoring and alerts in monitoring consoles
  • Perform system operations including process management, memory monitoring, CPU monitoring
  • Execute scripts and health-checks
  • Manage component start/stop operations
  • Gather diagnostic data and perform database operations

Linux
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Experience in customer support by phone
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts in incident management and change management
