Customer Success Services (CSS) at Oracle is seeking a Proactive Care Manager & Solution Engineer for the ASEAN region. This dual-role position combines technical solution architecture with customer success management, focusing on ensuring customers achieve successful outcomes with Oracle's cloud products and services.

The role involves leading presales technical support activities for complex sales opportunities, designing comprehensive cloud solutions, and providing proactive technical care for key customers. You'll work at the intersection of technical expertise and customer relationship management, engaging with C-level executives while delivering technical solutions that drive business value.

As a CSS Proactive Care Manager & Solution Engineer, you'll be responsible for formulating and architecting cloud solutions that align with customer needs and Oracle's best practices. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. The position requires a unique blend of technical depth in cloud computing and strong customer-facing skills.

The ideal candidate brings 6-10+ years of technical experience, with significant exposure to cloud technologies and customer success management. You should have a proven track record in pre-sales activities, solution architecture, and customer relationship management. Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and other cloud platforms is essential.

Responsibilities For CSS Proactive Care Manager & Solution Engineer - ASEAN

  • Design and architect comprehensive cloud solutions that meet customer needs
  • Work with customers to understand business and IT strategic requirements
  • Assist in delivering service solution costing & pricing
  • Proactively work with assigned customers through cloud adoption lifecycle
  • Execute customer experience activities to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Build effective collaboration with cross-LOB Oracle teams
  • Provide proactive technical support and issue resolution
  • Lead presales technical support activities

Requirements For CSS Proactive Care Manager & Solution Engineer - ASEAN

Java
  • 5+ years of experience in direct customer facing roles focused on customer experience and advocacy
  • At least 5-10 years of solid hands-on Technical and/or Pre-sales experience
  • At least 3-4 years of Cloud Computing experience
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and cloud architecture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and implementation
  • Experience in engaging with CXO level customers
  • Preferably certified in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
