Description For CSS Service Manager

Oracle Customer Success is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join their dynamic team. The role requires 3-5+ years of experience in customer-facing service delivery or technical support within an IT environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Incident Management and ITSM principles, with ITIL certification preferred. The position demands exceptional English proficiency and strong analytical skills.

As a Service Manager, you'll be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating with various internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities For CSS Service Manager

  • Act as a central point of service contact for assigned customers
  • Deliver unified service management standards across engagements
  • Proactively manage customer service requests/incidents
  • Serve as primary service escalation point
  • Champion IT Service Management (ITSM) standards and best practices
  • Prepare and deliver service reports
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Technical Account Managers
  • Participate in service review meetings

Requirements For CSS Service Manager

Java
  • University Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5+ years in customer-facing service delivery or technical support
  • Experience in Incident Management and Escalation Management
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Exceptional proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
