This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills, overseeing a team of 15-20 Data Center Technicians in a 24/7 mission-critical environment. The position requires deep knowledge of data center operations, hardware infrastructure, and people management capabilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, handling installations and hardware maintenance, driving capacity expansion projects, and ensuring service delivery meets customer KPIs. They will work closely with various teams including Engineering, Build, Site Selection, and Business Operations.

Responsibilities For Data Center Manager - Data Center Support
- Manage and support 15-20 Data Center Technicians
- Oversee data center day-to-day support operations in 24/7 mission critical environment
- Handle installation, Field Change Orders and Hardware break/fix activity
- Ensure timely delivery of services/tasks to meet milestones and customer KPIs
- Interact across functional areas and teams
- Manage incidents, drive resolution and after action analysis
- Manage capacity expansion at all scales
- Drive local recruitment
- Create environment of continuous improvement
Requirements For Data Center Manager - Data Center Support
- 6 to 10+ years of experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware (Server, Storage and Networking devices)
- Experience in managing multi disciplined Cloud Data Center space
- Ability to influence groups outside direct responsibility
- English language proficiency
