We're seeking a Data Scientist to modernize OHAI's Revenue Cycle product portfolio with AI native applications. This role offers a greenfield opportunity to design and build new AI native cloud applications from the ground up. You'll work on cutting-edge technology while having the stability of Oracle's larger organization. The position involves developing state-of-the-art models for healthcare applications, including medical language learning, autonomous coding, and billing. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock machine learning capabilities across our products. Our platform is built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) using cloud native principles, focusing on global scalability and zero downtime. Responsibilities For Data Scientist
- Design and develop solutions for medical language learning through language models
- Work with Engineering team for training data acquisition and data analysis
- Design, develop, and optimize RAG models for information retrieval
- Fine-tune and optimize large language models for healthcare use cases
- Implement cutting-edge NLP, NLU, and NLG techniques
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate ML models into production systems
Requirements For Data Scientist
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related experience
- 2+ years of experience in data science
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, R)
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
- Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with RAG models and vector databases
- Problem-solving abilities and pragmatic approach
