Description For Data Scientist

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join Oracle's Customer Success organization, focusing on AI feature development and implementation. This role combines technical expertise with business impact, requiring the development of processes, tools, and tests for evaluating and optimizing AI responses at scale. The position involves creating monetizable services around AI testing, evaluation, monitoring, and audit capabilities for generative AI authoring, summarization, and RAG workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions while driving value from AI technologies. Responsibilities For Data Scientist

  • Develop methodology and tools to evaluate and optimize GenAI solutions (including RAG and agents)
  • Develop methodology and tools to provide AI reporting and auditing
  • Develop methodology and tools to evaluate, improve / extend, and measure ROI of AI solutions
  • Help monetize AI capabilities as managed services
  • Support internal standardization and uptake of generative AI code assist tools
  • Interface with Oracle AI Review Board and Corporate Security Solution Assurance Process team

Requirements For Data Scientist
