The position involves managing and supporting customer environments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
As a senior technical professional, you'll be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, performing system monitoring, and implementing best practices. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with development teams to maintain operational health of core compute services and drive system scalability improvements through automation and tooling.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in Oracle DBA and EBS, with strong knowledge of distributed systems and Linux. Experience with Oracle Database, RAC, DataGuard, and performance tuning is essential. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or other cloud providers is required, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
