Responsibilities For Director, Data Engineering & Operations
- Lead the Engineering team from the IDC office and support a team of passionate engineers
- Own an 'always on' culture on the team
- Lead development of effective BI to see how product metrics are performing
- Drive improvement in Data Quality and data quality initiatives
- Partner with US team/leaders on Oracle Health initiatives
- Drive wide-scale engineering technical programs
- Maintain development and production infrastructure
- Design and develop scalable, operationally focused, customer-facing cloud services
Requirements For Director, Data Engineering & Operations
- 15+ Years of Experience building innovative, highly scalable data processing systems on cloud services
- Deep expertise in design concepts and technologies within data processing and engineering space
- 5+ years demonstrated ability leading software engineering teams
- Strong communication skills and thorough understanding of product development
- Experience in security and compliance of cloud-based applications
- Successfully delivering and operating software products globally
