Responsibilities For Director of Healthcare and Higher Education Solution Engineering
- Drive strategy and thought leadership for meeting market needs
- Grow and enable a team of high powered pre-sales solution engineers
- Drive development of re-usable solutions, enablement kits and sales assets
- Define programs for enabling core product sales and solution engineering teams
- Create metrics and measure team effectiveness
- Collaborate with product management and development teams
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop critical relationships with industry evaluation firms
- Manage relationships with strategic customers
