This role involves managing a geographically distributed team across the U.S., Mexico, and India, focusing on high-availability, performance, and simple management for Oracle Databases and applications. The position requires extensive knowledge of systems software architecture and experience in managing software development tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building enhancements within existing software architecture and envisioning future improvements. This role is critical in delivering solutions used by thousands of small and medium businesses as well as enterprise customers for their business-critical Oracle databases and applications.
