Oracle Government, Defense & Intelligence (GDI) is seeking a Director of Partner Solutions Engineering to lead their Cloud Engineering Solutions Technical team. This hybrid position, based in the VA/DC area, involves leading pre-sales technical support for partners, managing AI solutions engineers, and driving technical delivery. The role requires expertise in cloud technology, government sector experience, and strong leadership skills. The position offers competitive compensation ($187,500-$314,100) and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of technical leadership experience, government sector knowledge, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership in developing AI solutions for government and commercial customers.
Responsibilities For Director, Partner Solutions Engineering - Oracle Government, Defense & Intelligence
- Provide leadership and development to the Cloud Engineering Solutions Technical team
- Deliver pre-sales technical and functional support to prospective Partners
- Manage senior, principal and master principal level AI solutions engineers
- Design, develop, and code bespoke AI solutions for Government and Commercial customers
- Design MVP with customer and technical team
- Co-build AI solutions with Partners and Oracle technical team
Requirements For Director, Partner Solutions Engineering - Oracle Government, Defense & Intelligence
- Minimum 8 years leading and building technical solution Engineers team
- Minimum 5+ years working with Government
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Experience working in Government and Partner ecosystem
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Science (preferred)
- Must possess or have ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Strong task prioritization abilities
- Experience with cloud product technology
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Deep understanding of cloud technology
