This position is responsible for account development and expanding existing accounts within an established Energy and Utilities territory. The role involves working as part of an account team to identify, qualify and deliver Hardware products/solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing account plans to drive goal attainment in assigned territory
- Coordinating with other sales team members and partners to support account sales and business development strategies
- Identifying and engaging appropriate partners to meet customer specifications
- Becoming a trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers
- Driving company strategy into assigned accounts
- Following company methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit
- Ensuring company sales programs are implemented in the assigned territory
- Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals
The position requires frequent travel and involves non-routine, complex work applying advanced technical and business skills. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant work experience and be able to provide direction and mentoring to others.

- Experience in C-Suite selling, closing skills, negotiation, pipeline management, presentation skills, sales process, and sales prospecting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel frequently
