Responsibilities include:
- Driving Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services including discovery, design and deployment.
- Engaging with strategic customers, building leadership relationships at multiple levels within organizations to design and implement solutions.
- Working directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures and translate business needs into solutions.
- Displaying product/application understanding through highly customized presentation demonstrations to customers, at conferences, and events.
- Creating and distributing technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations).
- Serving as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
- Identifying gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT industry in a presales architect role
- Experience in large-scale transformation projects
- Strong technical background, especially in cloud, data management, development, integration, and security
- Good knowledge of cloud architecture and hybrid on-premise/cloud designs
- Ability to articulate Oracle Cloud and Data Management strategy
- Industry understanding from real-life working experience with customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
- Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills
- Fluency in English and French
