Responsibilities For Fusion SCM Cloud Technical Support - 4

  • Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customer base
  • Resolve post-sales functional and technical issues
  • Review software programs and suggest code modifications
  • Serve as technical subject matter expert
  • Troubleshoot through entire infrastructure stack
  • Review health of infrastructure components
  • Develop understanding of Oracle product integration
  • Handle complex technical issues during critical customer escalations
  • Work in 24/7 environment with defined shifts

Requirements For Fusion SCM Cloud Technical Support - 4

Java
  • BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with 3.0 GPA
  • Seven plus years experience with core/application products in Apps DBA or Sys DBA role
  • Experience building and/or troubleshooting enterprise business applications
  • Strong understanding of integration platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST Event Hub, WebLogic, Web services and SOA
  • Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
  • Knowledge of networks, database configuration, server configuration
  • Ability to assist junior members of the team
