Description For Global Critical Engagement Manager

Oracle is seeking a Critical Engagement Manager for their Global Critical Engagement team, focused on resolving complex technical customer situations worldwide. Responsibilities For Global Critical Engagement Manager

  • Manage critical customer engagements by providing leadership and guidance
  • Perform technical project and problem escalation management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities
  • Be a point of contact for internal and external critical engagement requests
  • Document case quality analysis on critical engagements
  • Act as an interface between Support, Sales, Development, Engineering and Customer Success organizations
  • Work nights/weekends/holidays as necessary to support the business

Requirements For Global Critical Engagement Manager

Linux
  • Technical degree (BS Computer Science/MIS/Engineering/Science/Math) with 3.0 GPA
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written
  • 6+ years of high-technology industry experience
  • Experience in Kepner Tregoe and CAPA methodologies
  • Knowledge of Oracle's HW, SW, Cloud portfolio
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience dealing with key customers and complex technical issues
  • Experience dealing with complex implementations and cross-functional teams
