Responsibilities For High Availability Technical Analyst 4-Support

  • Offer strategic technical support to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose issues
  • Document and resolve/avoid customer issues
  • Serve as expert member of technical problem solving team
  • Address complex, critical customer issues
  • Provide on-site customer visits when needed

Requirements For High Availability Technical Analyst 4-Support

Linux
  • Database architecture knowledge and administration
  • Thorough understanding of Oracle database features
  • Experience with RMAN Backup and Recovery
  • Experience setting up and managing Data Guard environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot various restore and recovery scenarios
  • Working knowledge in Enterprise Manager / Grid Control
  • General UNIX/Linux/Windows concepts & Administration
  • Extensive hands-on interaction with large Database management systems
  • 6 to 10+ years of experience
  • Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
  • Excellent communication skills
