Description For Intern as Software Engineer - part time

We are seeking a motivated Intern Software Engineer to join our team in Prague at Oracle, a world-leading cloud solutions provider. Responsibilities For Intern as Software Engineer - part time

Learn about and contribute to the development of new features for energy management products
Work alongside experienced engineers to deliver features and learn coding, testing, and debugging
Contribute to solving bugs and improving performance of existing Opower platform
Help develop complex web modules and supporting back-end services
Use test-driven development to ensure code testing
Triage, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in the web module stack
Take ownership of new small-to-medium size features

Requirements For Intern as Software Engineer - part time

Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar languages
Some experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or related web technologies
Basic understanding of software development principles
Strong desire to learn about software development and cloud technologies
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
