IT Manager

Oracle is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead their Data Center operations in Ashburn, VA. This role involves managing 24/7 mission-critical cloud infrastructure operations and leading teams responsible for building and supporting Oracle's cloud data centers. The position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in data center operations, and the ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of IT leadership experience, deep knowledge of data center ecosystems including cooling, electrical, and networking systems, and proven ability to manage and develop teams. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of Oracle's cloud infrastructure and requires both technical expertise and strong people management skills.
