Oracle Health is building a new organization focused on product development, product strategy, and Cloud Operations while creating a complete platform for modernized, automated healthcare. As a Senior Manager in the AMS (Application Management Services) cloud Engineering/operations team, you'll lead teams in Oracle India, solving complex problems and implementing new engineering and operational efficiencies.
The role requires a strong leader with critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage tactical and strategic challenges effectively. You'll be responsible for managing a 24x7 support team, ensuring SaaS applications availability, implementing security compliance, and driving technology transformation initiatives.
The Cloud Engineering & Operations team creates solutions for frictionless cloud services onboarding, enabling Oracle Life Sciences to optimize usage and enhance productivity. You'll work with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), an IaaS platform delivering high-performance computing power for cloud native and enterprise workloads.
Key responsibilities include managing SLA compliance, implementing security measures, driving automation initiatives, and developing high-performing engineering teams. You'll need expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure management, and DevOps practices, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in cloud engineering and infrastructure operations, with proven expertise in managing distributed teams and implementing cloud-based solutions. Requirements For IT Snr Manager
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Management
- 15+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure and SaaS operations
- Experience in managing 24x7 support teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with cloud computing concepts/technologies & DevOps
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix systems
- Experience with disaster recovery and high availability systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
