IT Snr Manager

Oracle Health is seeking a Senior IT Manager to join their Application Management Services (AMS) cloud Engineering/operations team in India. This role is part of a new organization - Oracle Health & Applications Infrastructure, focused on product development, product strategy, and Cloud Operations for Oracle Health.

The ideal candidate will lead a 24x7 support team and manage infrastructure and SaaS operations, ensuring service level agreements are met through effective Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management. They will be responsible for implementing engineering and operational efficiencies while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities include managing SaaS applications availability, participating in audit reviews, working with security teams, implementing business continuity planning, and driving technology transformation. The role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise in cloud engineering, and the ability to foster an environment of innovation and growth.

The position demands 15+ years of experience in cloud engineering and infrastructure, with proven expertise in supporting 24x7 SaaS applications. The candidate should possess strong technical background in various technologies including Windows/Linux/Unix systems, web technologies, networking, and database management. Various technical certifications are preferred, including CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, and cloud certifications.
