Junior DevOps Engineer

As a Junior DevOps Engineer in R&D at Oracle, you'll be a valued team member working on various ongoing and upcoming projects. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You'll collaborate closely with development teams to support release processes, maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and ensure timely releases. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in managing releases, including building and maintaining release dependencies
• Supporting and enhancing CI/CD and release pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes
• Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration on OCI to support scalability and reliability
• Setting up and maintaining monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
• Maintaining documentation for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, processes, and procedures

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in DevOps
• Experience implementing CI/CD Pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
• Experience with build tools (e.g., Gradle)
• Scripting language experience (e.g., Shell, Python)
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and cloud-native technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
