Description For Manager, Client Success

Oracle's Central Client Success organization is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of Client Success Specialists. This hybrid role, based in Denver, CO, focuses on customer longevity, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing sales and account management, with at least 2 years of people management experience. They will be responsible for achieving quarterly renewal targets, developing team performance, and driving organizational excellence.

The role requires someone who can foster a positive team environment, promote professionalism, and drive accountability. The Manager will be responsible for team development, performance management, and creating expansion sales opportunities. They will serve as the primary liaison between key Global Business Units and must be able to quickly build trust with business stakeholders.

  • Interview and make hiring decisions

  • Provide regular performance metrics to senior management

Requirements For Manager, Client Success

  • 5+ years of experience in customer facing sales and account management roles
  • 7 years of professional experience
  • 2 years of people management experience
  • Experience with leading sales and/or account management teams
  • Deep knowledge in Customer Success and cloud services
  • English language proficiency
