Oracle is seeking a Manager, Client Success to join their Central Client Success organization in Denver. This hybrid role leads a team of Client Success Specialists focused on customer retention and revenue growth. The position requires 6-10+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in people management. The role involves leading customer renewal functions, achieving quarterly targets, and developing team performance.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge in Customer Success and cloud services, with proven experience in sales and account management. They will be responsible for fostering team growth, improving processes, and driving organizational excellence.   • Provide regular performance metrics to senior management

Requirements For Manager, Client Success

  • 5+ years of experience in customer facing sales and account management roles
  • 7 years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with leading sales and/or account management teams
  • Deep knowledge in Customer Success and cloud services
  • Ability to build trust and confidence with business stakeholders
  • Experience in renewals
  • English language proficiency
