Responsibilities For Manager, Information Systems Architecture
- Communicate and develop plan to execute vision and strategy for Upgrade Center Integrated Technology team
- Collaborate with management team on organizational goals and imperatives
- Responsible for client implementation success meeting expectations, timelines, and budgets
- Provide effective situational leadership for escalations and operational issues
- Direct system engineers and technology architects on CareAware and FetaLink project work
- Monitor and support system engineers providing guidance, oversight, and coaching
- Develop associates through coaching performance and development planning
Requirements For Manager, Information Systems Architecture
- At least 8 years total combined higher education and related work experience
- At least 2 years of healthcare information technology consulting or support experience
- Product expertise relevant to Oracle Cerner Upgrade process
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
- Experience with large scale software upgrades
- Cerner solution support or implementation experience
