As a Network Developer, you'll be responsible for supporting the design, deployment, and operations of Oracle's large-scale global cloud-computing environment. Your primary duties will include developing and supporting network fabric and systems, implementing network solutions, and executing network changes safely. You'll participate in network lifecycle management and operational rotations, providing critical break-fix support and root cause analysis when needed.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in networking protocols and technologies, including BGP/OSPF/IS-IS, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and MPLS. Experience with network vendors like Juniper, Cisco, Aruba, and Dell is essential, as is the ability to work with firewalls and switches. You'll also need to be proficient in diagnosing network alerts and prioritizing fault responses.
