Operations Program Manager 2

Oracle Point of Service (POS-Micros) is seeking an Operations Program Manager to join their team responsible for distribution of Point of Sale enablement hardware, software and marketing material worldwide. This role is crucial in managing and launching new programs and improvements for Oracle Point of Service. The position involves working with regional Operations management, planners, material specialists and suppliers/external manufacturers to ensure successful program implementation and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Supply Chain Operations, with a proven track record of leading geographically diverse teams. You'll be responsible for setting program management structures, defining targets and goals, and establishing key performance metrics for Oracle programs. This role requires a deep understanding of product lifecycle phases and technical product content, combined with excellent communication skills.
