Description For Oracle Cloud SCM Technical

As a Senior Support Engineer in Oracle's Support organization, you will serve as a technical interface for customers, OEMs, and VARs, focusing on resolving problems related to Oracle Cloud SCM products. The role involves post-sales support, providing solutions to the Oracle customer base, and acting as an advocate for customer needs. You'll handle both technical troubleshooting and non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.

The position requires 6-10+ years of experience and deep knowledge of Oracle products, particularly in Cloud SCM. You'll work independently to research and develop solutions to customer issues, while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role is based in Bengaluru, India, and offers opportunities to work with diverse global teams.

Responsibilities For Oracle Cloud SCM Technical

  • Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customer base
  • Resolve technical and non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers
  • Facilitate customer relationships with Support
  • Provide technical interface to customers, OEMs, and VARs
  • Research and develop solutions to customer issues independently
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle products and platforms

Requirements For Oracle Cloud SCM Technical

  • 6-10+ years of experience
  • Understanding of Oracle products and in-depth knowledge of several products/platforms
  • Experience with Fusion SCM Cloud Support
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills
  • English language proficiency (read, write, and speak)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
