Oracle Delivery Engineer Global SAP on Oracle CoE / SAP Support - Development Support

Oracle is seeking a Delivery Engineer for their Global SAP on Oracle CoE team, focusing on providing last-level support for SAP/Oracle customers. This role is part of the CSS Global Expertise Center, working remotely or from the Palo Alto SAP Office. The position involves working with Oracle/SAP customers, Oracle development, and SAP support engineers to resolve complex technical issues and handle escalations. As an Advisory Systems Engineer, you'll be expected to be an expert in solving extremely complex, often previously unknown critical customer issues, understanding both the SAP application layer and DB Interface to Oracle. The role includes weekend support rotation and requires expertise in technical troubleshooting, customer relationship management, and deep knowledge of Oracle and SAP systems.
