Responsibilities For Oracle EBS Senior Technical Analyst
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customer base
- Resolve technical questions regarding use and troubleshooting of Electronic Support Services
- Act as technical interface to customers, OEMs and VARs
- Research and develop solutions to customer issues
- Create and maintain documentation for architecture, design, and implementation
- Provide technical debugging and support
- Handle customer interactions and critical situations
- Continually improve processes, methods, tools, and utilities
Requirements For Oracle EBS Senior Technical Analyst
- 6+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS R12/Fusion Supply Chain/Financials/Planning/Process Manufacturing
- Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher, Unix, Forms, Reports, Workflow
- Strong technical debugging skills
- BE, BTech, MCA preferred
- Must be willing to work in shifts including night shift on rotation basis
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- English language proficiency
