As a Support Engineer, you'll serve as the technical interface between Oracle and its customers, handling complex problem resolution related to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Products. You'll work independently while researching, developing, and documenting solutions, while also collaborating with Development and Product Management teams to influence product design through feedback.
The ideal candidate should have a B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field, demonstrate strong SQL knowledge, and possess excellent communication skills in English.
