Description For Oracle Fusion HCM Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in delivering post-sales support and solutions for Oracle's Fusion HCM Cloud Product. Responsibilities For Oracle Fusion HCM Support Engineer

  • Provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customer base
  • Act as technical interface to customers and Oracle Partners
  • Research, develop, test and document solutions for customer issues
  • Master complex technical and functional areas
  • Suggest and create diagnostics and troubleshooting tools
  • Work closely with Development, Product Management and other Oracle teams
  • Serve as POC for customers implementing HCM solution
  • Provide feedback to development to influence product design

Requirements For Oracle Fusion HCM Support Engineer

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English – both written and verbal
  • Some experience in implementation, support, consulting and/or development in HCM
  • Good level of SQL knowledge
  • Communication skills with ability to provide advice to technical and non-technical customers
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting abilities
