Oracle is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer specializing in ERP systems to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in the ERP/Financials space, particularly in areas like AP/AR/CM. As a Principal Sales Consultant, you'll be the technical expert leading presales activities, mentoring junior consultants, and handling complex sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen in ERP systems, outstanding communication skills, and previous presales or implementation experience with tier 1 solutions like Oracle. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. You'll work closely with customers to transform their businesses, demonstrate Oracle Applications capabilities, and serve as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities For Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer (ERP)

  • Work with Oracle customers to help them to transform their business and act as trusted advisor
  • Demonstrate the capabilities of Oracle Applications to Oracle customers
  • Work as partner with the sales team to penetrate the market
  • Formulate and lead presales technical/functional support activity
  • Act as technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants
  • Develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants

Requirements For Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer (ERP)

  • 10+ years in the ERP / Financials space
  • Very strong business experience in the ERP space (AP / AR / CM)
  • Projects experience is preferred
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Presales or implementation experience for tier 1 solution like Oracle
  • Fluent in Arabic and English is a must
