Oracle is seeking a Technical Analyst 3 for their Support organization to deliver comprehensive post-sales support and solutions to their customer base. This role serves as a critical bridge between customers and Oracle's support infrastructure, handling both technical and non-technical inquiries through various communication channels.

As a Sr. Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for interfacing with customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to resolve complex problems related to Oracle products. The position requires deep technical knowledge across multiple platforms and the ability to work independently while developing innovative solutions to customer challenges.
