Oracle is seeking a seasoned Peoplesoft Developer to join their Lifecycle Management (LCM) Development Team. This role focuses on delivering innovative features to reduce Total Cost of Ownership for PeopleSoft systems. The position involves working with PeopleSoft PeopleTools, a comprehensive development toolset that supports PeopleSoft applications. You'll be responsible for designing and developing software for databases, applications, and tools, while working on critical products that help customers manage their PeopleSoft environments. The role requires expertise in PeopleSoft technologies, database fundamentals, and complex SQL development. You'll be part of Oracle's India Development Center, working on the complete lifecycle of product conceptualization to design and development. Responsibilities For Peoplesoft Developer
- Define and develop software for tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications
- Provide technical leadership to other software developers
- Design and implement changes to existing software architecture
- Build and execute unit tests and test plans
- Build tools and products for lifecycle management
- Analyze and integrate customer specifications
- Communicate with QA and porting engineering teams
Requirements For Peoplesoft Developer
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience
- Strong programming experience in PeopleSoft Technical skills
- Strong in Database fundamentals and complex SQL
- Experience with Application Designer, Application Engine, Query Manager, PeopleCode
- Understanding of PIA Architecture
- Ability to create/understand/read Software Designs
