Oracle is seeking a Principal Analytics Adoption Program Manager to join their Services Excellence team within Oracle Analytics. This role is crucial in empowering customers to achieve more through world-class analytics. The position focuses on working with Oracle's top Fusion Analytics customers, ensuring successful adoption of Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). As an APM, you'll guide customers through their adoption journey, from onboarding to full implementation, while partnering with solution engineers and customer success managers.
The role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and customer relationship management skills. You'll be responsible for identifying and removing adoption blockers, collaborating with product management teams, and providing comprehensive analytics guidance. Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or HCM is strongly preferred.
