Responsibilities For Principal Cloud Services Operations Manager
- Oversee critical cloud operations using OCI, AI, and automation
- Conduct regular reviews of service quality and performance
- Optimize technical operations and configuration within OCI environments
- Monitor service levels and ensure SLS compliance
- Implement changes using AI-powered tools
- Manage customer change management processes
- Provide escalation support during critical incidents
- Partner with Project Managers and TAMs for cloud migrations
Requirements For Principal Cloud Services Operations Manager
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle products including OCI and SaaS
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Experience working in global, matrixed teams
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- ITIL certification or equivalent training (preferred)
- Knowledge of AI-driven analytics tools and automation techniques (preferred)
