Principal Performance Engineer

Oracle's Public Sector Compliance and Regulation (OPAL PSR) Performance Engineering Team is seeking a Principal Performance Engineer to join their cloud-focused organization. This role offers an opportunity to work on optimizing OPAL Fusion products in Oracle Cloud, analyzing and improving application performance across all tiers of the architecture.

The ideal candidate will bring 6-10+ years of experience in performance engineering, with deep expertise in Oracle database optimization, cloud infrastructure, and application performance tuning. You'll be responsible for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, conducting comprehensive end-to-end performance engineering, and collaborating with product managers, developers, and customers.
