Principal Product Solutions Engineer

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Cloud and Alloy Product Support Engineering team is seeking an experienced Principal Product Solutions Engineer to drive customer adoption and support of dedicated cloud product solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen, working with enterprise architects to understand business drivers and shape the future of OCI services. The position involves designing, developing, and troubleshooting software programs for OCI's Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy customers.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-scale, high-impact solutions. They must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Korean, as they will be interfacing with Korean-speaking customers and international teams. The role requires deep understanding of cloud architecture, service-oriented design patterns, and modern infrastructure components.
